NOUN is a beautiful property, extremely clean, every staff member was warm and professional. Convenient location filled with Sooner Spirit. As OU Alumni, we loved it!

Amazing hotel great location

This hotel was a valuable lesson that staying in a new, “fancy,” picturesque hotel isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. While check in/ check out was quick and easy, the front desk staff gave an incredible antisocial vibe, with fake hospitality. It was as if they were there to answer questions but, did not want to be and they literally offered no explanation for anything including what room I was in. She just asked my name and handed me a key card. That was literally it. Nothing about where the amenities/ restaurants were, elevators, or even a quick “enjoy your stay.” It was very off putting. Upon entering my room, it was like going from inside the AC controlled building to outside. It was hot and humid and the temp was set on 64. The room and hotel itself were very clean and beautiful. I was even able to get some beautiful pictures for my social media but, because of both my experience and my room looking straight out at what I’m guessing was a massive metal AC or heating unit, my videos were turned into “the reality of staying at a fancy, upscale hotel vs the beautiful views they show you in the photos.” This definitely wasn’t the video I expected or wanted to make but, it was an honest one. The property itself is beautiful and clean (in part because it’s new), just don’t be surprised if your experience there is average or below.
