En resumen pésima, no recomiendo y no volvería! Fue muy complicado contactar a la persona encargada Los guardias de seguridad son muy groseros Es un lugar muy ruidiso, en el que se escucha todo lo de los demás inquilinos Estaba sucio en general, habitaciones, ropa de cama, solo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 6 días (para 3 personas) Huele muy mal a sucio y drenaje constantemente El agua de la regadera es intermitente muy fría o muy caliente.

Buena propiedad para pasar estancias cortas, tiene una buena ubicación. Lo único a desear es el ruido ya que se escucha todo lo de los demás departamentos

Muy buen apartamento. Limpio y muy bonito. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque creo que deberian tener un calefactor o similar. Hacia algo de frio. Por lo demas todo bien.

Clean and space

There were no blankets, only an extremely thin sheet. The heater doesn’t warm the room enough, and there’s only one. We had to sleep in the same bed due to the cold, which is unacceptable after paying for two rooms. And the light of the heater was so intense we barely sleep… Additionally, the water heater didn’t turn on. I had to go out, soaking wet, to turn it on more than six times because the water kept shutting off on its own.

Make sure that the place you are booking is the one you are going to get, so you don’t have the BAD experience I had. They advertised a loft with plenty of natural light and good ventilation. However, when I arrived, they assigned me a unit on the first floor that had very little natural light and a lot of humidity. At night, I noticed tiny cockroaches appearing. The building is large, resulting in significant noise from neighbors upstairs. The temperature of the shower water is a significant issue, alternating between freezing cold and extreme heat. They have an energy-efficient water heater, but it doesn't work very well.
