Super clean ! Super nice staff ! 10/10 recommend I love it here only reserved for a day because of an emergency but the breakfast was free and good , they have a mini gym , game room for kids , a laundry place as well overall loved my stay here !

I highly recommend Hotel Mesaluna Short and Long Stay if you are here for your consulate interview! 1.) The hotel is across the street from the medical centers, next to the US consulate, and a 3 minute walk to CAS for fingerprints. 2.) The hotel is super clean. From the moment you set foot in the lobby, to the rooms, laundry room, gym, patio. It is super clean! 3.) The staff is incredible! We were here for 10 days and every single day we were greeted, and asked if we needed anything. Staff is super professional and respectful. Jesus and Aaron at the front desk are a power team! Always recommended the best food places, and activities to find near by. Ricardo was super nice too! 4.) The hotel provides transportation service at no extra cost. Miguel is one of the greatest guys at Mesaluna and always so cheerful and willing to take us anywhere near by. He drove us places several times and he was simply wonderful! We felt so safe with this transportation service. 5.) Safe! The hotel requires key entry from the front. There is always more than one person at the front desk. Key entry is required for gym, laundry room, and also patio. Overall I am so glad we stayed here. After 10 days I can honestly say I will miss the staff and their attentive service. Best hotel to stay at if youre going to the US Consulate. Everything is withint qalking distance and you feel safe. The food never disappointed during the entirety of our stay. The staff and cleanliness: top notch!!
