Hotel Mesaluna Short & Long Stay

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mesaluna for 16 days during his immigration process, a stressful period eased by this exceptional hotel. The rooms were cozy, the property was impeccably clean, and the daily breakfast was fantastic with varied hot options. On-site laundry and a well-equipped gym were lifesavers. The staff was warm, professional, and ensured our safety with 24/7 reception and key-only access. Ideally located directly next door to the U.S. Consulate, it’s perfect for immigration appointments, with two major clinics and a great restaurant across the street. For security reasons due to its proximity to the consulate, rooms on that side of the building lack windows, but we requested a room with a window and were promptly accommodated. This hotel became our home during a tough time, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Juarez, especially for consulate matters.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly and felt very safe. If you are coming for your VISA appointments, this is the best place to stay as everything you will need to go to is in walkable distance.

Me gustó, él hotel, él desayuno, muy rico. No me gustó, que no tiene acceso para discapacitados (uso silla de ruedas), al menos, para ingresar, lo bueno que, ya registrado, el estacionamiento, para discapacitados, está, realmente, cerca. También, me desagradó, que no tuviera alberca. Para mis hijos. En general, fue una estancia aceptable.

Todos son muy amables! El hotel es muy limpio, muy seguro, tienes que entrar adentro del hotel con tu tarjeta de cuarto( también al gym, terraza, lavandería). Me hospedé aquí para mi trámite del consulado. Todo estaba cerca, el Consulado está literalmente pegado con el consulado Americano, enfrente de la Clínica Médica Internacional, y a 3-4 minutos caminando a la CAS(huellas). Todos en el hotel son muy amables y hospitalarios y honestos. Trabajan muy duro para que estés cómodo. Si vienes de Estados Unidos- es de respeto y agradecimiento que tienes que darles una propina. Tienen una Van que te lleva lugares, no me acuerdo los kilómetros, pero si me llevaron a las huellas. Los que manejan solo les pagan con las propinas que agarran de la gente. Entonces asegúrate darles una propina buena! Me hospedaré ahí otra vez si tengo que acompañar a mis papás algún día si Dios quiere.

Wife stayed for consular appointment and had a great experience. Very convenient safe location across from the consulate. Very clean and great service with a nice restaurant inside. She highly recommends it.
