The staff was great Loved the location

Manuevering a vehicle when checking in was almost impossible. Only one way in/out of lower parking garage. Inability to lock the door to our balcony. TV only worked on station that shows up when you turn it on. Volume worked fine. Loud noises from room upstairs after 10pm, most hotels have soundproofing so you don't hear anything, Not at this hotel. Complimentary water in the lobby would be nice as most people travel with a reusable water bottle.

Loved the close proximity to the boardwalk and the ocean

It was overall an awesome experience, the parking was very tight but outside of that it was great

Convenient location

The parking, behind the building parking not wheelchair accessible stairs everywhere, if your not lucky to get the handicap spot and you have to park at the back good luck! You have to walk all around pushing the wheelchair not convenient.

Location and view from balcony was great.

Matress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower had mold around the bottom. They had no luggage cart, had to carry luggage a long distance and had to make two trips.

Very clean. Perfect location, right across the street from the beach. Easy walk back to the hotel, especially if you have children. Very accommodating location, lots of restaurants, arcade, boardwalk, beach, etc. Highly recommend.
