No hubo cómo acceder al hotel, nadie contestó los teléfonos, no había acceso a la propiedad que estaba cerrada y aparte de todo me cobraron las habitaciones. Exijo reembolso.

"Beautiful facility, the location is a bit sketchy"

The staff was ready and willing to make us comfortable, they were very friendly and attentive. Rosario went put of her way to accommodate us when there was limited staff. There is always an attendant at front desk, the security was very good.

There was no hot water available two of the five nights we stayed. We were not told the restaurant was closed on Monday. Thankfully Rosario whipped us up some breakfast.
