Bathroom was too small
MXNeed larger bowls for breakfast cereal. Up and coming neighborhood so would have been concerned if we had a lot of shopping product in the car. Plenty of parking space, just not secure. Very pleasing aesthetically.
USGreat value, location, and ease of dealing with reception. We extend twice and were here for a week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked having a kitchenette. Rooftop was a peaceful place to read. Has a dedicated parking lot for guest cars. AC kept the room cold. Good wifi.
Maybe it's a city wide problem but the water pressure was quite low, almost no hot water could be coaxed from the sink, and the bathroom fixtures were old and tired.

Looked like a time capsule from the 1950s. Everything was old, worn and hazardous with step up into the bathroom. Stair were uneven and small.
USFriendly staff, nice small kitchen with just what you need for basic cooking, great location near the malecon, nice artwork, and it was a good touch to provide a fabric bag which we used during our stay. Great rooftop terrace as well for meditating in the shade.
A little noisy and could hear other people in the other rooms, but overall comfortable.
