Hotel Hércules

Hotel was perfect, pool zone, tabern , rooms everything was clean and comfortable, is really good you have in your own hotel their own brewery and beers to have a nice chilling on the pool, staff was nice.

For me hotel rates are kind expensive but I think is the value and also we were celebrating new year on our own in a common area and staff complain on that, didn´t see is not possible on the rules, but is the less to be honest all in general was really good experience.

El hotel es muy bonito, agradable, limpio. Cada detalle está sumamente cuidado, el staff es tremendamente amable. Pasamos unos días memorables.

Creo que tener mayor sincronía entre los servicios, hotel spa por ejemplo que no tenían la información necesaria más allá de mi nombre de la reserva que realice en recepción. Y temas de gestión de toallas y batas, luego no había ninguna toalla en la zona de spa o en la habitación después de que realizarán la limpieza solo había 1 bata en lugar de 2.

Es un lugar muy original , impecable, el tema de la cerveza lo hace especial .

The lack of service and that the personnel don’t pay attention to the small details. I’m still struggling to get my invoice. Won’t stay here again.
