Beautiful place, people and customers. Very pleasant staff, from the front desk to customer service rewards lady (Kasandra). Despite manning the whole card service by herself with a long line, she still had a beautiful smile for everyone she served.

I didnt like the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. I also did not like that shower was the only option and the water pressure was horrible.
