This hotel property would’ve received full stars from us except that the shower does not drain and you have to stand in a puddle of water that looks like it’s coming up from a dirty pipe while you’re showering. I did contact the hotel about this and still have not heard back from them.

I liked everything about the property. Check in and check out were very easy. Great staff. I had stayed in the exact unit three months earlier. I will be back there in April and I hope to stay in again. Thank yOu

I checked in this apartment at 3:40 pm and was using the bathroom, only to find two maintenance guys were working outside and could see me showering. The bathroom window does not have a curtain so anyone can see what's happening inside the bathroom. I immediately contacted the property management (1 hour with checkin) and they refused to provide a valid solution. The only solution they gave was blaming things on the maintenance guys and not mentioning their ridiculous design flaws. I ended up with no refund or change of the room.

Really nice area Apartment was spacious and property had a lift We were street facing and a little noisy at times but not bad No kettle in the apartment so bought a cheap one and left it there for next tenants

I reserved the place with 2 room it looks nice, but we notice qhen we got there that the room has no water at all, we went to use the restrooms and it has not water to flush the toilet, because it was already late I try to call the number from the property with no respon, wait till morning and nothing, we have a plan day and try to take a shower but still not water, call property again and finally i have to call hotel.com and see if they were avail to help me and hotel.com call the property too with no respond, i have to leave the hotel and have another day to stay but with no water and not responses it was my onli option, some one was in the front desk let them know and thw personnel has not idea when it was going to fix the issue so i let to another hotel. I keep trying to reach the property because i was asking for a refund, hotel.com did too and nothing it was a big disappointment 😞

Nice stay. I will return.

There was a musty smell in the whole room after I turn on the shower all my clothes smell very bad I will have to trash all of them.
