Condesa Experience - Apartamentos Turísticos

We felt very secure in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was very spacious, a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be, there was a king size bed in one room with a full bathroom, and there was another room with a tween size bed, and a separate full bathroom. We personally like firmer beds, so the beds were very comfortable in our opinion. There were towels, and there were minimal hygiene items but we had taken our own so it wasn’t a problem. The showers were awesome, they had really hot water. Had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances and utensils. There was wifi, it had its days and times were it was faster or slower. There was no A/C but we were not really there during the day, and it was cool at night. We were able to sleep with the windows open and slept comfortable during most nights. (There was also two terraces that we opened during the day) There was a lot of noise coming from the very busy street (honking, cars speeding, loud trucks, etc), there was also a slight smell but we didn’t really mind it, its a large and busy city, so we didn’t expect anything different. The noise muffled a lot when we closed the windows. We were on a top floor so we felt comfortable leaving windows open while we were there. The receptionist was there during the day, they were very kind and attentive. There are two locked doors in the front, which we got keys for to go in and out as we pleased. There was an option for an elevator or stairs. The neighborhood was very nice, there was convenience stores, clothing stores, and a lot of restaurants and cafes on our street, ranging from a 30 second walk to a maximum of 8-10 minute walks. The streets were beautiful, plenty of shade from large trees. There was a walmart express, maybe 10 minute walks. And it was super easy and fast to get Ubers at any time. It was 10-20 minute car ride away from most of the attractions. Overall we were delighted with the place.

Great place, clean and in a perfect location

the apartment was beautiful, well-clean, and very spacious. That part of the city wasn't my first option, but since I discovered that many subway stations in Roma Norte were closed for renovations, I chose this neighborhood because is accessible and has a lot of connections. But after our arrival, I realized it was the perfect choice for my family! Calm (for a big city), arboreous streets, A LOT of good options to eat! It has everything you need for a good stay. The neighborhood is super safe, we only took a cab for long distances, because it was a pleasure all the long walking in that neighborhood.

The only thing that I missed to be perfect is an A/C. Everything was great.

The second apartment my family and I stayed in had a certain smell to it that was a little humid.

Overall a decent location and walkable to nearby parks and restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Spacious living room area and good sized dining table and kitchen. Rooms and beds were good sizes as well. Appreciated having an en suite bathroom for one of the rooms and a bathroom for the other room.

Being located on the second floor and right by a main road meant there was noise all night long. The beds were also stiffer which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Constantly being woken up by trucks and cars passing in the night. Also, we only received one set of keys which made it challenging to move about. We had to do everything together so that everyone could access the building and apartment.

Nice welcoming, we could check in earlier. Fantastic district, it was very safe

It was hard to sleep in the room next to the main street due to horrible noise.

Location was great. Very central. The property manager met me as I was early and was lovely. Was available when we had an issue. Definitely knows his business and the unit.
