"Too expensive for a motel 8 experience."

Quiet location

Holes in the wall. Dirty sheets. The curtains dont closed all the way and a lot of light comes in from outside. Too expensive for a motel 8 experience.

"So horrific I didn’t even go back and left on my personal items because I was so uncomfortable in his space environment"

Presented well

He was behind a gas station. It was lots of homeless people around and walking out around the property. There was no elevator just a staircase. It was not handicap accessible or for anyone that might have any struggles going up and down the stairs, which was not relayed to me upon booking The initial reception at the front desk didn’t properly greet me and asked what can she help me with and I said I’m trying to Buckk. She couldn’t find my name. She was giggly very unprofessional when when there were issues with my payment method, the manager literally harassed me text me from different phone numbers was calling me while I was in the middle of a wedding, threatening me and stating she would call the police on me. It was the worst hotel I ever had. I was really fearful you go back. I even left my personal items so I wouldn’t have to return back to that environment. Very very poor customer relation skills and professionalism, and on top of that I had to walk up and downstairs regardless of my ability to do so
