Housekeeping provided excellent service promptly when I requested it. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Checkin was easy and fast. Very friendly receptionist. The room was updated and in good condition. They had everything we needed. Cups silverware plates paper towels soap etc. The only negative is that the box springs didn't have bed skirts or covers and They were dirty and exposed. Really ruins the room without that finishing touch. Otherwise we would not hesitate to stay again.
Likes are listed above... We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room above us had a big dog that was up all hours of the night jumping up and down from the couch or bed and dropping his hard bone on the floor so we was unable to sleep the 2nd night of our stay. Addressed this with front desk and the last night of our stay was quiet. We have booked another stay in a few weeks with hopes that this is not the case this next time.
USVery comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff was welcoming. The kitchenette was clean and well maintained. Snacks/necessities available to purchase at the front desk area.
Front desk staff was not always at the desk but there was a sign with a phone number to call for assistance. She was helping housekeepers during checkout but answered quickly. The reception area is very much unlike any hotel I’ve stayed at. Very small with only a desk for check in, not “homey” feeling.
Very nice and clean. No blinds in the room and two thin curtains so all the light made it hard to sleep. One of the outlets blew flames out of it and then all the power was out so that was scary!
Could hear cars on the interstate but you could t hear it a whole lot. Loved the big room! This was great for us and our fur boy. Love how it’s all pet friendly. Amazing!!
