The breakfast and rooms were good. I think the hotel is in good condition and the furniture was also very good. The staff in the breakfast area were extremely attentive and friendly. Good coffee and plenty of food to start the day. The gym was also great for a quick and sufficient workout.

The only thing I found strange was being asked whether my companion was staying overnight, which would have incurred an additional charge. It was 4 p.m. and I explained that we were just staying in my room for a short while to hang out.

I was charged twice by this hotel and I am struggling to get a refund of the second charge. I booked 1 night in this hotel on a nonrefundable rate with Accor points. I wasn’t 100% certain I would stay, but was probably not going to use the points before they expired otherwise so I was willing to lose them if it came to that. Ultimately I did have to cancel the stay a few weeks prior. Points lost, which was expected and perfectly fine. No problem so far. However, later when the stay would’ve been completed they charged my card on file for the full price of the room! For a booking I never would’ve made with cash to begin with because the whole point was to use my points! Other people need to know about this even if you are not booking nonrefundable rooms with points because the response from the hotel has been very disappointing. I told them about the situation and requested an immediate refund of the double charge. They claimed they had refunded the points! First of all, they did not refund any points so this was a lie. But more importantly even if they had that would not have resolved the issue, because they charged me cash for a booking I made with points, and which I never would’ve booked with cash in the first place! I am hoping they refund me and resolve the problem but I may need to dispute the charge with my credit card, which is such a hassle. I warn others not to book a stay here so you do not have to deal with this nightmare.
