Great location.

The room was smaller and less attractive than the photos online (which is typical), but the really annoying issue was an incredibly noisy heating unit in the bedroom. When I complained, I was told that upgrades were coming but that we'd just have to live with it. Temps were sub-zero outside, so turning off the heat wasn't practical. I was promised a $100 refund due to the situation which never materialized. I followed up once and was simply ghosted.

We loved this place. It was perfect for our three night stay in the city. Clean, quiet, safe, great location...everything in the apartment felt brand new.

We were there when it was blowing 20 mph and got down to 12 degrees at night. The windows are a bit drafty, but they had a space heater in the closet that took the extra chill out. We were comfortable.
