"Great place great staff great location"

The property is clean, the housekeeper is wonderful. The location is amazing super close to centro, it even has a little store for essentials on the corner. The mgr. Melissa is a very nice and responsive host. Our needs were met upon asking including having our clothes washed weekly.

The only thing that was not my favorite was having the only tv be in the bedroom area. I believe that should be in the main living space but of course it’s only my opinion.

Me gustó mucho el departamento, acogedor, decoración, limpio, céntrico, buena vista de la terraza. Muy buena atención. Está a unas cuadras del centro para ir a pie, seguro! Muy recomendable

"If you are easygoing and heavy sleeper this is perfect"

The property itself altough there is a big difference between the rooms… consider if you go with another couple and they are complicated

Noise arround during the whole night. Fireworks and church bells all night long

"It’s always a big positive to have the owner/manager of a rental to be so responsive and friendly."

Location was great, apt. was very clean and organized, rooftop terrace was ample, security was good. Melissa, the owner of the property, was very receptive to my questions. When we thought we had a toilet problem, she responded by appearing within minutes to help us with our concern. We enjoyed the large space that contain the kitchen that flowed into the living room. There is a small grocery store just a few doors down and that made it very convenient to purchase the minimal groceries that we need.

The master bedroom was on the third story and we were not aware of this beforehand. The coffee machine that was furnished used coffee pods. we could not drink the coffee so we borrowed a drip coffee maker from a relative. The metal chairs around the dining table are a bit hard for older people to sit in for any length of time, so we borrowed the cushions from the sofa to sit on.

"Perfect place to to stay while exploring San Miguel"

It was a darling place. Super close to the central. Easy walk. The staff was responsive to our questions and very nice. I would not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to this amazing city

"Quiet and relax"

Melissa is super nice. The apartment is quiet and secure. It is very close to the main plaza. The terrace is beautiful with a great view.

I like everything about this place.
