Hotel Mexico Merida

The room was large and clean. The staff were there to answer our questions and were very friendly. The pool was refreshing. We enjoyed having a herbal tea in the lobby on our first evening. The only negative point is that the rooms on the street side are extremely noisy. There's a lot of traffic on the street below, and the windows don't provide sufficient sound insulation. We asked for a change of room and were offered a reasonable solution which unfortunately didn't suit our needs.

Great place and service. Just the location is in a busy area of Merida, so it's a bit noisy

No tuve agua caliente

Very central location, super friendly staff and very good value for money. The pool on the roof is a big plus in the hot and humid Merida. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The room was cleaned everyday and we got new towels, water, soap bars and schampoo everyday as well. Bed was a little hard for my taste (but I find nearly all hotel beds too hard) and the room was a little noisy. However, we were aware of that and was given the option to stay in a room facing the parking lot, but opted for the noisier one because of bigger windows and a kingsize bed (the other room had two beds and very small windows).

Fue una experiencia pesima fui al hotel y no tenian habitacion disponible me dieron en otro hotel llandado hotel HO segun me ivan a dar una mejor habitación y fue todo lo contrario no tenia agua caliente sabanas sucias baño com la puerta callendose mucho ruido en ese hotel nose puede descansar experiencia fea me quede por q ya era madrugada y estaba cansado pero maña experiencia...

Es un hotel con acabados muy buenos y limpio

NOISED room, my room faced to busy street, no safe box in room, old worn towels. Hotel is close to main square, walkable, zone are full of comercial stores. feel safe day and nights room have basic amenities also bed and pillos are comfortable. the street behind the hotel have a bus station to Progreso town (beach).
