· The host had no basic manners, he had a problem with the payment. Instead of being an adult and call book.com first, sends someone to wake up at 11:26pm after a long drive to come down with my wallet. Asked to pay, I refused he refused to call booking.com until his wife finally gave him some common sense to call the book.com. Just for them to tell him he made a mistake in cancelling my reservation and also that I have paid. I've never ever met such an adult as immature and has rude as him.

Good place if your touring the city and all you need is a bed to sleep.

Think cautiously before renting, water problems, roaches, dirty air conditioning filters, privacy issues. They will not refund you!!!

Beware, its not cheap for no reason, but you may still like it for the price Pros: - Rooms are clean and well kept - price is good - uber to airport in 15-20 mins. Cons: - located in the middle of residential area, no board from outside, when uber dropped off we were worried to have landed in wrong location. - shared toilets and showers, they clean everyday but hard to keep it smell free without enough ventilation. - lukewarm water at shower and one shower was overflowing (may be one time thing) - no mirror in room, even to comb you have to use shared sink. - walls are paper thin, had to deal with cough sounds from next room over night and early morning noisy neighbors.

It was cheap so I probably got what I paid for

The advertisement has nothing to do with the property. I booked a double bed and private bathroom. I got bunk beds and shared bathrooms and toilets.

I do not recommend this housing; had to kill roaches every day I was hosted. In addition the walls are extremely thin and I could hear everything going around. The people attending the suites do not have customer service and it was difficult to get a hold of them.
