I was extremely unsatisfied about the staff. The hotel is very loud and the rooms are hardly isolated. On top of that I cancelled a reservation at their restaurant and they never refunded the 30 usd reservation fee (after several reminders).

I loved the location and architecture of the hotel. It was very spacious and the ocean view was amazing. The staff were very nice and attentive.

I didn’t like the concept of the restroom. There wasn’t a shower door so after every shower, the floor was covered in water. Housekeeping only gave 2 full sized towels and 2 small ones.

Hotel itself is just a marketing gimmick, its not 4 star, more like a 2 star hotel, excessive road noise and vehicle noise especially late at night is ridiculously loud. Hotel does cancel noises even from adjacent rooms. Can even hear shower running next door. Poorly made and promoted. If you are paying more then 200usd, its not worth it
