Spacious room and bathroom , beautiful view and cozy boutique atmosphere . Terrace is amazing surrounded by ocean views and city views.

Sink of the bathroom is not at all practical with its ondulated format. Everything slips. Breakfast is served in beautiful setting, but the croissant needs desperately to be supplied by another baker(y)!

The stay was amazing from the start. Staff was extremely genuine and friendly the entire stay. The hotel decor and architecture was very modern and trendy. The views from Azotea were incredible. The food was bomb and the spicy Mezcal is a must try. Great overall stay and we will be back soon!

This is a scam. It is expensive as a luxury hotel, but is really far from being one. The first night the air conditioning wasnt working properly. There is a rooftop restaurant open to public untill 11:00pm, and they gave us a “luxury room with ocean view” which was right below this restaurant. So our 2nd night there were noises on the rooftop because they were cleaning, we called reception to complain but they didn’t stopped until 1:00am During the day later there was a rain for around 20 minutes and the energy went off, they didn’t have an emergency power supplier, so the elevator was out of use. They asked us to be patient so we went out for almost all day till they can solve the problem. When we finally came back at night they got a power supplier but the elevator was still unusable and we had to use the stairs all the way to a 4th floor. The halls and stairs smell like fried food and it was all dark and dangerous to use. When we finally got to our room and there were leaks in the ceiling of our room. So they offer us a change “while they solve the leaks” and they gave us a room right next to the noisy power supplier. At that point we decided to leave. We asked for a supervisor or manager to show up to talk to us but no one came until we called booking, and it wasn’t until booking called them that someone showed up to talk tu us, but it was too late, we wanted to go and we wanted a refund. Not to mention ALL THE PROBLEMS we had to go through for them to agree for a refund. It took me 4 days of constant calls to booking, and booking said they were trying to contact a manager at the property but no one was ever available… IN 4 DAYS. That doesn’t happen in a luxury hotel. I literally had to show up on the property and yell to the staff and threaten with a complaint in the consumer department until they bring me someone to talk to. That was the only way I could get the hotel to refund my money.

Such a beautiful hotel. Felt very comfortable! Loved the robes and slippers in the rooms. Staff was amazing from the front desk to the rooftop restaurant. We were very happy and pleased with our stay and can’t wait to be back
