In a good location

The room was not very clean. There was dirt and mold in the shower which then had lots of bugs in it. I killed over 4 various types of bugs in the shower. The shower drain also didn’t work properly so I had water above my ankles (didn’t help there were bugs and dirt in the water). I overheard someone else complaining to the front desk about the same issue so I didn’t bother saying anything until they tried to charge me for a room cleaning. I stayed for 5 days and requested new towels and they tried to charge me for a room cleaning. It’s very loud because of the bar on the rooftop and difficult to sleep. The mattress is an old spring mattress. There is also no AC and spotty wifi.

La atención del personal en todo momento fue calida y muy amena. Las incomodidades que surgieron inicialmente fueron atendidas de inmediato. La ubicación está excelente. En el rooftoop del hotel hay un rest-bar espectacular

Ruido por mantenimiento y compresores de AC que están cerca de la terraza del primer cuarto donde nos habíamos quedado. La secadora no funcionaba (aunque es importante mencionar que en cuanto se notifico a desk solucionaron los temas que surgieron) Las pilas de control estaban sin carga. En el segundo cuarto la TV parece solarizada o con una coloración extraña, pero como la vdd casi no la usamos no le dimos mucha importancia.

Personnel très professionnel et attentif. Propreté irréprochable. Equipement neufs
