The staff was prompt to solve a situation in my room passed midnight within a couple of minutes. What a great service!

A bit noisy, but not too bad

The location's quite convenient; Costco and a major supermarket are nearby, a bus station is right around the corner, and a shopping center is a short walk away. There is a park across the street. Also, the building's security is quite good. Free parking is provided. There is a café on the premises.

The room is quite small for the price, and the soundproofing is terrible; I could hear the couple next door being intimate, as well as people talking outside. Furthermore, the bathroom is not very private at all; one can hear all of the noises coming from there, and there is only a partially blurred pane of glass between the shower and the bedroom. This is not a problem if you are traveling solo , but if you are travelling with a companion, it could be quite awkward. Though I myself didn't mind them, I can see how some people can struggle to go up the steps. Lastly, the parking garage is not really that near to the main building and you have to walk uphill to reach it.
