I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Guadalajara Airport. The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the terminal with a reliable airport shuttle, making travel easy and stress-free. My room was modern, spotless, and comfortable — the bed was very supportive and the bedding high quality. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, especially at check-in and the front desk when I needed local recommendations. The on-site restaurant served tasty, well-prepared meals with a good breakfast selection to start the day. Facilities like the fitness center and business area were clean and well-maintained. Overall excellent value for the location and service. I’d happily stay here again for a short layover or an extended visit. Highly recommended

Hotel was nice and especially loved that it was in the airport, loved that we could just walk to our gate.... very convenient.

What I did not like and made me uncomfortable was being woken up at 10:15 pm by a housekeeper saying that she was delivering towels, I did not order towels. Plus, there was a guy with maid supposedly checking in with front desk. I did not open the door, declined towels and complained to front desk agent. Thank you.
