We loved our stay at Casa Izeba, a boutique hotel in the heart of Roma Norte, which really is a home away from home. Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted by exceptional staff. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated with art on the walls (and the aroma of the hotel is wonderful!). The living room and dining room are cozy. The breakfast was delicious, consisting of fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, and most importantly, the amazing pastries from the Rosetta pastry shop next door. If your favorite pastry was not available that day, you could request what you wanted, and the staff would gladly bring to you. Our room faced the interior courtyard and was very quiet. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large. Staff was a highlight. We'd like to give a special shout out to Ana and Fanny, who were so kind and hospitable. They shared sightseeing tips and made sure our stay was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

The property is super charming and the location is convenient and fun.

Our windows faced the street and we were woken by loud conversations on the street at 5:30/6 am. It is critical to have ear plugs in these rooms. We are not light sleepers, but the talking and laughing were very loud and lasted a long time.

We were spoiled by the staff who served up a terrific breakfast with Rosetta pastries from the famous pastry shop next door along with local fruits. Staff was a highlight. We got to know others at the hotel who we met over breakfasts and would share sightseeing tips with. Location was amazing with bars and restaurants just outside our front door. If you struggle with stairs, this is not the spot for you though. There is a flight of stairs from the street entrance and depending on where your room is, you may have more flights to climb.

Too many stairs and some am noise

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Izeba. The location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond. Our room was immaculate (and smelled amazing) every time we returned from a long day of exploring. We stayed facing the courtyard- it is so quiet and peaceful! 10/10

No negatives.

Very clean. Aesthetic is amazing. Great location. Staff were awesome and very attentive. Shout out to Alberto, Pablo, Fanny, Sofia,Ana and Elizabeth. Gracias por todo!
