The janitors would not allow guests to be on the roof with our morning coffee at sunrise. She poured negative energy on anyone who dared to defy her (which we did). She must hate her job. We were quiet and stayed out of her way but she literally chased us. What a sad downer of a way to start every day. Maybe there can be a small area set aside for sunrise. As there are no good views from our rooms. Maybe a morning tip jar $?

Very cute comfortable room. The bed was really nice.

They charge a deposit and still have not received my $200 back after 5 days.

We had been denied access to our original rental in the same building when we arrived, leaving us in quite a pinch. The folks at Casago accepted us right away for a similar sized unit at a lower price. They were extremely professional and had us in the unit within an hour of our booking. The unit was well appointed, clean, and in a great location. The reception/security staff in the building were also friendly and helpful.

Because of the proximity to 5th Avenue, which was a plus in many respects, the evenings were a bit loud due to all the competing music from the restaurants and bars. Fortunately things quieted down around 11:30 pm.
