There is a direct elevator, the room is large, well ventilated, well equipped. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly, and helped us a lot, what is missing can be communicated at the front desk or WhatsApp, for example, our hair dryer didn’t work , and we were replaced with a new one the next day👍🏻

But for us, the hotel is on the side of the road, and occasionally there will be the sound of motorcycles speeding in the middle of the night, which can be a bit noisy, but this depends on whether you mind it.

La ubicación es muy buena

EL RUIDO!! No se si fue porque nos hospedamos en la planta baja pero todo el ruido de las personas que llegaban a recepción se escuchaba muchisimo y era muy molesto que a la 1, 2 ,3 4 5AM llegaban personas. Tambien un día, la cerradura de nuestra habitación no abría. Teníamos un evento y estábamos con prisa; literalmente, la cerradura se zafó y no había manera de entrar. Una hora después enviaron a alguien de mantenimiento. Llegamos tarde al evento. Se agradece que lo resolvieran, pero un lugar que cobra de esa manera no debería tener este tipo de problemas: no poder entrar a mi habitación. Por ultimo, El agua caliente se acababa super rápido, solo una persona alcanzaba a bañarse con agua caliente.
