I like the location, the panoramic terrace, the staff

I found bag bags in my bed the bathrooms in the rooms are full of black mold and there are no windows there are extractors that I have never seen working and the smell is horrible. the kitchen refrigerator does not work and many people get diarrhea. the stairs on the terrace and the electric wires are very dangerous
