Could hear the motor bikes but thats almost everywhere in cdmx

Good location and handy there is staff on door at all times

The reception is nothing like the photos which made us think wrong place, no heating controls in room, ground floor room was like a basement, odd banging all night from that room like a door or lift but couldnt tell where from and also the room needs sorted out: loose toilet seat, mouldy curtains, dirty sofa, spotlight bulbs different colours, better bedding, etc

Está bien ubicado y por el precio es aceptable

Éramos dos personas y solo había una pequeña toalla, las almohadas muy delgadas, la cama no tiene colcha, solo una sábana y una cobija delgada (había una extra pero aún así se sentía algo de frío). Todo el tiempo se escucha ruido, no de la calle, sino como del mismo edificio. Un microondas se agradecería mucho.

La ubicación del departamento es perfecta y muy bien comunicado con los principales atractivos de CDMX y la zona de condesa - roma

Las almohadas son muy sencillas e incómodas, falta una buena cafetera, es un departamento muy grande y necesita tener más enseres domésticos, vasos, cafetera para 8 tasas, etc.

The loft is nice and spacious, everything was clean

It was really cold during the night and pretty dark during the day, no AC i the unit

Espaços amplos, boa localização, proximidade a transportes e alguns museus

Ruído do trânsito, mau cheiro de esgoto no WC do quarto localizado no andar inferior. Também haviam pouquíssimos utensílios na cozinha

• cute city view, spacious units, small outdoor balcony • rooftop work areas, small gym with weights • 24/7 security on site, coffee shop on ground floor • slightly out from main foreigner area, but easily walkable to Condesa/Roma • next to Nuevo Leon Metrobus station (lines 1, 2) + close to Chilpancingo Metro station underground (line 9)

• no AC (!) Sunlight heats the room 20°F higher than street level, even with curtains drawn. • wifi cuts out at night (doesn't even appear) • road traffic can be very loud (lots of honking, even on 6-8th floor) • missing some amenities (coffee and tea provided, but no water kettle or coffee maker) • stove vent fan didn't work, fridge kept leaking water
