Las instalaciones son con diseño lindo y cada habitación tiene su encanto

El reciclaje de los papeles de baño ya que hacen royos con los sobrantes de otras habitaciones. Tema de higiene si es algo delicado

La ubicación y el espacio

La seguridad. La recepcionista fue negligente y eso casi causó que nos secuestraran. Esta es la fecha que no se si fue un complot. Por favor tengan cuidado en este hotel mejor no se hospede. Contexto: pagamos un tour de globos y los del hotel tenían la obligación de decirnos quienes eran y la recepcionista nos dijo que era un muchacho cuando nos subí os al carro llego otro señor y dijo que era el. Result que El primero ni si quiera tenia placas y no pudo comprobar que iba por nosotros. La recepcionista del hotel fue quien nos dijo que nos subieramos ella era quien sabía quién venía por nosotros y el señor que nos recogió después dijo que el primer muchacho no si quiera trabajaba para ellos y que era muy común que le hicieran eso a los turistas que los suben y luego les roban todo o quien sabe que hubiera pasado. Puse la queja y nadie me dio respuesta mi conclusión es que talvez ese hotel tenía un complot. Demasiado inseguro y también sucio.

"Amazing quality/price. AC and well equipped"

It has AC, a big plus for the hot days in CDMX. The room was ample and the hotel had a lift to access to the chamber. The location was great, easy to access in a good neighborhood.

The hotel is in front of a highway that makes it a bit noisy and it is not a great view. The shower was clogged. I had to ask the front desk for a plunger to unclog it. It was easy to do but inconvenient.
