Beach House by ULIV

parking is a bit tight and very limited but nice

I liked the community feeling on the streets around ULIV. People were very pleasant. Daniel who manned the desk was very generous with extra water in my cooler.

The swimming pool was dirty and green couldn’t enjoy that part of my stay Good location good restaurants near by and the cleaning lady’s where nice and got everything done that I needed

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Beach House. The family suite was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. My 2-year old enjoyed the pool very much, and I enjoyed the coffee shop located in the lobby. One suggestion I have for Beach House is to have more clothing irons. They only had 3, and other guests were already using them so I couldn’t iron my clothes. The floor was also a little dirty.

Everything was excellent!! From the welcoming front desk Javier to the very nice and efficient cleaning lady. The only downfall was that we never got to use the pool or jacuzzi because it was always full with the same people. And the bathroom was extremely small but the great shower made up for it!!

Customer service was excellent i everything we needed was pretty much walking distance

Hotel was clean as always only problem is that we were hoping to use the pool and it was dingy and and dirty

It was a very nice property; however, the entire room was very dirty; floors, toilet, shower, shower curtain, just everything in general. Not a little dirty but you could tell it had not been cleaned at all.
