We liked the hospitality, warm welcome by reception and the safe area, walkable, especially the comfortable room.

Rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator but overall nice property

Very attentive to the guest at all times. I acknowledgment the cleanest of the place. Definitely will stay again when coming back to Ensenada but next time for sure reservé a suite.

I’ve stayed at this property before, and for some reason decided to give it another shot after being disappointed last time. The pros: pet friendly and close approximation to downtown Ensenada. The cons: absolutely filthy, the floors aren’t cleaned between bookings, the walls and doors are grey and dirty, the couches in the junior suite have pet urine and haven’t ever been clean, the sink knobs are falling apart, the window in the restroom is broken, the handle does not open the window as it should and it’s missing a window pane that could easily be replaced with another piece of glass. They have hot water issues and will send maintenance out to fix it but it’s never properly fixed. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t available for use but they don’t disclose that on their hotel information. Again, we’ve stayed here now 3 times in junior suites 102, 103 and 104, they’re all the same, run down, filthy and broken. Do not book here, we definitely have it a fair shot.

We checked in and as soon as we entered the room we were disappointed by the condition the room was in - dust and dirt everywhere, the couch had large stains, cockroach crawling on the door, just dirty overall. One of us had to sleep on the pull out couch and we opened it, the mattress had horrible stains and no bedding. The bathroom was tiny and the shower head filthy. We asked the receptionist to give us a different room but he said all the other available rooms are in the same condition. We told them that we cannot sleep there and he said no problem, they will reimburse us (we had booked for two nights) and that he had already reached out to Expedia. I asked about the pet fee that I had paid directly to them before arrival, he said that would be reimbursed too (by the way they had charges us more online than what the sign at the front desk sign said) We booked another hotel (it was late at night) and contacted hotels.com about the reimbursement. Days later we heard back from hotels.com that the "hotel" is denying that we asked for reimbursement, even stating that we never checked in (we have photos of the room). Overall, terrible experience. I would stay away unless you have no other options. Don't be fooled by the photoshoppped photos here.
