Very beutiful hitel I highly reccomend. Stephanie the receptionist and all the staff were so kind and helpful it made the stay wonderful. The service was great and its very close to the centro so it makes it convenient to take transport or an atv/scooter. I wish we could have stayed longer

The minimalist design without compromising it’s comfort is what I liked about this property. Conveniently located, only less than 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Tulum centro.

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights. Loved every moment. The room was unique, private/intimate, clean and quiet. Stephanie kept in communication with us from the moment we book until we left. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was perfect for a couples get away vacay!

This was such a beautiful property, the rooms are spacious and open up to your own private outdoor living space and private pool. The copper bathtub was beautiful and comfortably fits two. The value of this hotel is excellent. It’s not walkable but they will call a taxi for you which is easy, and it’s about a $15 taxi ride into the town of La Veletta which has everything you need with great food and drinks. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing!! And went above and beyond. They helped me with taxi each day, setting up my body scrub service on my day of arrival. The property is nice, and really private, love the private pool. Dislike in the brass finishes they are a bit outdated and need a bit of refresh, but the place was clean, the pool was maintained. The only reason for 4 stars is the location, I spent a lot of money on transportation, this was my first time in Tulum and this place is about 25 minutes away from the hotels strip and beach and 10 minutes from downtown Tulum club spots. So i expected ease of travel, but lord these taxi drivers charges an arm and a leg to go anywhere!! Average cab fare was about $35 US and in the evenings some would charge $50 USD. Wasn’t prepared for that. This place is more for a couple looking to disconnect and be removed from the world, and perhaps venture out a day or two. Best recommendation rent a car. From the airport to the hotel i was lucky i found someone for $45 but most charge $60. Again the staff amazing.
