Nido Condesa

La posizione era fantastica, nel cuore di Condesa, vicino ai parchi, vicino a tutto. Con una incredibile scelta di ristoranti e caffetterie. In un bellissimo palazzo d’epoca con una spettacolare terrazza comune

Il mio appartamento era un po’ buio, per il fatto di essere al piano terra bisognava tenere le tende chiuse per non farsi guardare dentro

Very clean, beautiful apartment and nice staff.

This property is perfect for first time travelers to CDMX. The Condesa neighborhood has a lot to explore from within and everything is walkable and very safe at night. The property has 24hr security and greeted us by opening the doors late at night when we would arrive each night. As far as the actual stay, I do feel like the property overall is nice, I booked a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor and received communication from the property a couple days before my stay letting me know that they would be moving me to the 1st floor ground “identical room” due to a malfunction with the ac unit in our original apartment and asked me to agree to the change. Upon arrival, check in was easy and I came to find out the property did not have AC and they were referring to plug in small AC Units that could have easily been moved to our original unit which we booked, instead of having to move us completely. We were only provided with one of those little plug in units which is more like a plug in fan, than an AC unit and the other room was equipped with a plug in heat unit. Overall my stay would have made a difference if we would have been able to stay in our original booked room which is what inclined us to book the stay at this property. The ground unit is very noisy from the outside all day and our curtains had to be shut the entire trip since it was very easy for people to peak into our unit from outside with no privacy.

Great location and nice rooms. We stayed five nights and particularly enjoyed the rooftop area as well as the laundry facilities. The mattress was pretty comfortable, if a little firm. 24hour front desk. We enjoyed exploring the nice streets of Condesa and trying some of the many restaurants. Would recommend Nido Condesa to explore Mexico City.

Espacio bien cuidado y staff disponible

Si viajas por trabajo, considerar que el departamento en el primer piso es un poco ruidoso ya que justo abajo hay una cafetería que abre temprano y cierre tarde. También se podría considerar poner una puerta corrediza para separar la ducha y lavabo de la habitación, ya que se vuelve limitado el espacio y la privacidad.

Das Apartment war komplett ruhig, aber in mitten von La Condessa gelegen. Zu Restaurants und Bars waren es nur wenige Meter. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Dachterasse, die man benutzen darf, war wunderbar mit Eichhörnchen und Kolibris als Besucher.

Amazing !!!!!! Everything about our stay was just perfect. The location is 10/10. The apartment was so clean and smelled great , bed was comfortable and it was so quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!
