1. The staff are pretty nice 2. The room is spacious and gorgeous.

1. There are construction noises in the morning starting at 7 o'clock on 24 Dec and 27 Dec. 2. The breakfast is too slow. It takes one hour to cook and prepare everything.

El hotel muy padre, la decoración y todo súper bien. Lo único que a las 7 de la mañana me levantaron con el ruido que hacían al limpiar los cristales del Edificio. Fue muy molesto duraron casi 1 hora.

Great experience overall, hotel is nice and staff has been very welcoming every time I stay at this property. Love the hotel and the area.

I travel extensively to Mexico City for business (sometimes twice a month) and have stayed at most brand name and boutique hotels in the Polanco, Condesa, and Colonia Roma neighborhoods. Since I travel there so often I like to stay at different places to get to know the city better and to avoid monotony. Of all the places I have stayed at, Alexander Hotel has the nicest and best appointed rooms in the city - the Ritz Carlton being a close second. The hotel also has a great gym, a vey nice lobby/bar area, and is walking distance from multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Another good thing, is that the hotel is new and is not well known, a such the occupation has been low the three times I have stayed there. Staff is great and tries very hard to provide high quality service.
