This place was a perfect stay for a quick getaway. The apartment is very clean and the check-in process was seemless with the security staff in the lobby providing courteous help. Location is amazing with tons of things to do all around.

Pretty good. The front desk does their best to speak English to help non Spanish speaking guest.

Excellent property all around

The property is very nice only thing is it’s in a bad location and also when looking for the location the map gave another location a block from here.

Also Blanca was not responding to the email or provide the QR code so I waited an hour until I was able to actually go in the room.

El departamento esta de lo mas limpio y seguro. Puedes entrar y salir a la hora que tu quieras del edificio y te sientes super seguro con guardias en la entrada del estacionamiento y del Lobby. Blanca nuestra host de lo mas linda y atenta a nuestras peticiones. Siempre atenta y respetuosa.

LA NOCHE QUE LLEGUE NO ME DIERON ACCESO, TUVE QUE RESERVAR UN HOTAL PARA PASAR LA NOCHE, SIENDO QUE YA TENIA PAGADA LA NOCHE AHI, MI VUELO LLEGABA EN LA MADRUGADA, MANDE UN CORREO PARA AVISAR EL CUAL NUNCA RESPONDIERON, EL CODIGO QR QUE NECESITABA PARA ENTRAR LO ENVIARON HASTA UN DIA DESPUES A LAS 9 AM EN LAS NOCHES SE ESCUCHA UN RUIDO MUY FUERTE EN EL DEPARTAMENTO, ES COMO UN APARATO
