I loved the setting at the Capital O. We had a 2 bedroom suite, pet friendly room and it was wonderful! I did buy my own broom to clean as no one offered to do that. The restaurant across the garden was excellent and the area convenient to everything Ajijic..

We loved Lupita!!! She was so wonderful. Also the gentleman who works around the yard.

Huge cockroaches, everyday even had 1 drop on my granddaughters while she was in her bed, smaller cockroaches in cupboards and crawling on the floor, no hot water for 2 days, ran out of gas for cooking, food left in frig, microwave dirty inside, bad smell when we opened door to our room, pools very dirty and need repairs.

La habitación bien, las instalaciones también, falta más atención del personal, y la alberca no está limpia para meterse, ya que no la lavan todos los días o cada tercer día. El Wifi tiene muchos problemas y la TV por cable también, aunque en realidad uno no va a esos lugares a ver el internet, pero hay que señalarlo.
