Awesome hostess who responded quickly and with great efficiency when we had a problem with the wifi. Everything you could want for security and comfort. The location is right where you want to be downtown.

No real problems, just a loose toilet paper holder and a dripping sound we figured came from behind the wall, so not really something that could have been fixed immediately.

I liked the look and style of the loft. The parking slot is on the 1st floor of parking garage. Access to the building once you have the entry card is convenient since it's on Avenida Revolución next to the Japanese restaurant. Location is great since it's convenient to everything. The only issue is since the front facade of the loft faces north on Revolución you get a lot of noise from the bars and nightclubs but I think I saw earplugs provided on the nightstand.
