La atención frontdesk de Erick y Andy excepcional, siempre proactivos y dispuestos a solucionar dudas y problemas. La habitación en general muy bien ,instalaciones impecables, limpieza, etc.

A mejorar: AC de repente hace ruido Sartenes de cocineta ya están deformes Wifi- no depende del lugar pero el servicio si fallo bastante los últimos 3 dias, imposible para trabajar remoto.

Staff were amazing, got my phone stole while out and they went above and beyond to help, security ladies at night were very understanding and helpful with getting the code to my room. Eric at the front desk also a great help in this regard and allowed me to stay on the rooftop common area and held my bags while i had to get some last minute things organised

Lovely accomodation in the perfect location. Slightly noisy in the mornings, but the doors are sound proof. Staff is great.

The staff and location are great. Eric was very helpful and check-in and check-out very easy

There is a good amount of street noise, which is typical for a lot of areas of mexico city, so we weren’t surprised. We were on the 6th floor so we didn’t get chatter, but horns and honking you can. Mexico had just won the first game of the world cup so it was to be expected. Bring ear plugs.

Great location and although I did not use it there was a washer and dryer. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The photos make the rooms look bright and inviting but in reality they are painted a bad shade of gray and the lighting is extremely poor. I don't know why there's a big light above the bed and no lamps on the night tables for reading. There was not a lot of thought put into how someone would use the space. It was not an inviting apartment to spend time in. There was no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and things. The hot tub on the roof closed at 8pm which is very early. Many people don't even finish work until then and the facility is already closed for the night.
