Dirty, broken elevator, missing remotes for tv and AC units, empty bath soap, key code didn’t work. Noisy.

Pésimo servicio, instalaciones dañadas, no hay televisor, no hay ascensor, no te ayudan arreglando ni solucionando a pesar de pedir ayuda repetitivas veces.

Ubicación y habitación.

Servicio, estaba dañado el ascensor y no eran transparentes con cuando iba a funcionar, estaban dañados ambos televisores y repetitivamente les mencione que me ayudaran durante 3 días y la respuesta fue negativa sin ningún sentido de urgencia, todo lo contrario, tratar de dejar pasar el tema.

La ubicación con relación a mi planeación de actividades

A pesar de que se menciona como libre de humo, fue insoportable el hedor a tabaco. El departamento está impregnado de olor a cigarro en todas las piezas y eso evitó que mi estancia fuera cómoda, especialmente a la hora de dormir. Adicionalmente, el elevador no funcionaba, por lo que ello implicó no disfrutar del sitio.
