Very,very bad security, annoying everytime you want to get in the property, even if you go dawn to get a water they ask for id, passport, code ufff alot problems everytime

Casi todo bien. Antes de llegar pidan su código QR a través del sitio en donde llenaron su cuestionario para que les den el acceso, sin él no les permiten estar ni en la sala de espera (el teléfono que brinda el anfitrión no recibe llamadas, sólo WhatsApp). La habitación estaba hermosa, buen minimalista y con una vista espectacular. Sólo encontramos una bolita de cabello sobre las sábanas y nos hizo dudar de la higiene, la alberca y el jacuzzi del edificio fueron de lo mejor

Son racistas y tienen un muy mal servicio al cliente me dejaron fuera con una bebé de 7 meses como por una hora yo les enviaba mi información para que me dejaran entrar y ellos contestaban 30 minutos después estaba muy frío son mal Educados en la cocina no tiene hoyas para cocinar como dicen fue la peor experiencia de mi vida no vayan a ese lugar

This property cancelled my reservation after requesting the entire documentation including passports y pictures of every guest. This was a same day notice and everything outside the property waiting to check-in The refund was on their own time

"Terrible limpieza"

Terrible experiencia, la cama tenía chinches y desperté lleno de picaduras tras la primer noche. Pedí primer limpieza y luego cambio de habitación. No cumplieron ninguna de las dos. Me fui a otro hotel, he solicitado el reembolso y no he te ido respuesta.
