Great location in the middle of town. Easy to find and communication was great. Comfy bed, the unit was well appointed and very clean. Lots of places to eat close by. We were very happy here.

Room was super quiet and location close to central Zagreb .

Great location. Construction across the street but didn’t hear anything (really good windows). It’s nice to have a smart tv. Small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave but we didn’t use it. Nice that it had an elevator.

The location, in the center of town close to tram station. The responses from Marija were quick . She was very good in answering all the questions. White light in the common area with shiny tiled floor which I like. Once you are inside the room, it is not as well lit except for the rest room . The light level might be half of what it is in the bathroom. Didn’t like continues : Marija said I can throw garbage in the garbage can in the common area. I did. My garbage was there for 3 nights. Finally someone threw it out on the 4th day, the day before I check out.

I stayed for 5 nights. There is no house keeping. I have to throw out my own garbage. Many hotels have at least a 3 days changing of towels, bed sheets policy. This, forget it, or you can try to ask . I didn’t bother . I got 2 coffee capsules and 2 cream for coffee . Anything more you have to ask. I asked for it and I got it but you have to ask. The shower and bath are in one tiny bottle. I don’t have the body the size of a baby. I need to use at least 4 . I ended up going to a nearby Konzum and spent 1.70 Euros to buy one. The owner wouldn’t even provide enough for such an extended stay. The room has a dish washers but you can’t do cooking. You have no oil, no salt, nothing . A cloth washer would have been more useful . There are many dish washing soap though .For what, I have no idea. There is no table to eating nor chairs high enough for the table. Not even a folding table or chairs are available. The room can be noisy because next to me is a balcony where people drink and smoke and the noise carried over to my room. I met 2 persons on the way here. They stayed in the same area. They paid 70 Euros with 1 bedroom with a washer/dryer. I paid just under 100 Euros for facility no where close to what they got in the excellent central area. I saw them in the supermarket nearby so he can’t be more than 2 streets over. My recommendation : Use AirBnB and find something that is better furnished than this. Besides ,you have to ask for simple things like coffee capsules and you need to provide bath gel and shampoo or you can ask for it. There is no paper towels. I stayed in an apartment in Ljubljana where the owner’s daughter gave me the key and offered me a warm welcome with chocolates and told me ‘by the way, if you needed more coffee capsules and other supplies, they are in the cabinet here. Feel free to use them ‘. This is the generosity and nicety that I expect from the host instead of penny pinching to extract more profit.

Nice apartment. The unit is small. Very clean. Electronic door locks were a pain to work with for me. Overwhelming smell of cigarette when you enter the building (not the apartment).

It was modern, clean and close to everything in Zagreb. Plus the host kept in contact which was amazing.
