Tolle ruhige Lage mit Mega Sonnenuntergรคngen und Meerblick, moderne Ausstattung, sehr hundefreundlich (Hundebett, Nรคpfe, Hundedusche und Hundestrand). Wunderschรถne Strandpromenade mit Badebuchten, direkt am "Paradiesweg". Gut erreichbare Supermรคrkte (Tommy und Plodine), Restaurants und Bars im Hafengebiet von Malinska.

Fehlende Handlรคufe an รคuรŸeren Treppen, fehlender Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse.
