Todo el resto! Son un DESASTRE. Desde el personal y en especial el manager Warren Durfee que no solo no atendió los temas que teníamos problemas sino que me dijo que me busque otro hotel cuando ya había pagado las dos noches. Es un ROBO y el señor un maltratador. Lo escuché reírse con el personal. Había solicitado en un mensaje cuando contraté que debía comer mi desayuno sin gluten. No solo no hicieron nada para resolverlo sino que me dijo que me arregle. Cuando le mostré el sillón cama para el tercer adulto donde es imposible dormir ahí me dijo que no tenía otra habitación y que nos arreglemos o nos vayamos. Tampoco accedió a poner otro colchón para por lo menos dormir mejor la segunda noche. Y al regresar de todo el día afuera nos encontramos con la habitación sucia.

We stayed 6 nights in a studio-style room at the Residence Inn West Vail, CO. The location is excellent, with easy access to Lionshead and Golden Peak ski areas, and the complimentary shuttle service was fantastic for commuting to the ski towns. However, several aspects fell short of Marriott standards. The weekday breakfast menu was repetitive and limited, with no bread for sandwiches, no fruit salad or cut fruit, and only waffles added on weekends. When I asked the manager about rotating the menu, his response was dismissive and unfriendly. Housekeeping was also inconsistent—though the front desk stated refresh service every three nights and full service every four, it was not done until requested. Additionally, the building lacks proper noise insulation, and conversations from adjacent rooms were disruptive at night. While the shuttle and location were strong positives, the overall experience was average due to poor breakfast, service, and housekeeping.

Sehr gute Zimmer, groß und alles ganz neu auch immer sauber! Es ist zwar an Eier sehr lauten Straße wo Tag und Nacht LKWs entlangfahren aber mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man nicht viel. Das Frühstück war typisch Continental also nicht hochwertiges aber man wurde satt. Der Hot Tub Pool liegt leider an der lauten Straße weswegen wir den nicht genutzt haben. Der kostenlose Shuttle nach Lionshead Village und Vail Village war super und man kann mit einer Website tracken wann der nächste Shuttle einen abholt. Alles in allem top!

Die Rezeption könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein.

This hotel was perfectly fine and we would probably stay here again, but it was just ok. I wasn’t blown away by anything here. Pros: Shuttle service was convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our rate was good relative to many other properties in Vail. The room features a place to hang skis. Breakfast was as expected and it was nice to see people taking advantage of the lounge areas in the lobby. On-site, underground parking is available. Cons: Highway noise is significant. We had trouble regulating the temperature in the room. Outdoor lighting kept our room fairly bright, even with the curtains closed. There didn’t seem to be much within walking distance. Parking is expensive and cannot be waived for Bonvoy members. Our TV didn’t work consistently. We are glad to have a new Marriott option in Vail and the things I list wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. But my overall impression is that this experience was just adequate. There were too many little inconveniences to rave about this hotel.
