The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurants on site were wonderful. Highly recommend the rooftop bar for the views.

The parking is a pain, and it was not clear that it was $18 a day. You could hear some of the live music on the weekends in the rooms, but it did not go too late.

Breakfast was simple, couple of options in the bar, fresh pastries, great coffee. Nice spacious room, comfortable and clean, suitable for couples, business travelers or families. Hotel was calm, few minutes from Asheville Downtown (you may need to drive, its uphill and not easily walkable).

No negatives for the hotel, probably some evenings quite packed parking in front but there are more options around.

Fabulous design inside lobby and restaurant. The rooms were quiet and cozy. The staff was so helpful and got us recommendations to some of the best in Asheville. The best burger in town!

Very Clean Mod hotel. Decent location overall, facilities were well maintained and kept up. Nice rooftop bar with a nice view. Bartenders were friendly and helpful and paid attention to our needs.

You will have to pay an additional $16 for parking near the hotel if you are lucky to get a parking space or you will have to park away and STILL pay for parking and then walk a bit to get to the hotel.. Another issue is you will have to buy ice. If i am paying over $245 for a room FREE ice should be included.
