Big and clean room beautiful terrace, calm quartier. Very close to a big supermarket and colectivo station for tulum/cancun. Friendly staff. Shared cuisine if you want to cook. Nice house. Not far from 5th avenida and ado bus station: 10 minutes on foot. Late checkout.

The way to open locks of the room and of the outside gate was a little bit complicated. It was quite hot in the room even with ventilator and air condition set at 16 degrees.

-the lady is very kind, i felt like I was with my grand mother -not far from 5th avenue

-our room was next to a bit noisy area - we took some time to find the correct location - breakfast option/included would have been appreciated
