מלון מדהים, ארוחת בוקר טעימה! חדרים ענקיים ומרווחים, הסנוטה המרכזית של המלון מטריפה את החושים, מיקום מרכזי, ממליץ מאוד מאוד!

הבריכה מאוד קטנה ולא קשורה למלון. אבל לא היינו בא כדי שזה יעניין אותנו.

The hotel is visually stunning, and the interior design is clearly well-thought-out. Additionally, the staff was prompt in addressing technical issues during our stay.

We arrived with very high hopes, but our experience didn't quite live up to the expectations The general atmosphere didn't feel welcoming. We never felt "at home" or truly comfortable The most disappointing part was the shift in attitude during checkout. The warm welcome we received upon arrival disappeared the moment we were set to leave. We were forced to wait over 30 minutes while they inspected our room, making us feel more like suspects than guests. The staff refused to let my partner keep the wristband as a souvenir, even though the electronic chip was detachable. It was a small, rigid gesture that capped off a stay where we felt valued only as long as we were spending money. You can have a beautiful property, but if the final impression is cold and unwelcoming, that is what guests will remember.
