One of the most beautiful properties in all of Valle. Such a great experience. Can’t wait to go back

The breakfast is included, but the choices are limited. Charging extra for espresso Americano or bread is ridiculous for a top expensive hotel! The Olivea restaurant on the premises has incredible bread, not offering it at the cafe doesn’t make any sense!

The bathroom area is too small to accommodate two people comfortably!

La privacidad del lugar.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Siento que no hay relación entre la calidad y el precio; el costo me parece elevado para lo que ofrece. Me dejé llevar por las estrellas Michelin, pero el servicio y las instalaciones no justifican el precio. El desayuno es muy limitado: solo tres opciones que no resultan tan atractivas para comenzar el día, por lo que terminamos pidiendo del menú o buscando otros lugares para desayunar. Respecto al restaurante con una estrella Michelin, sinceramente me pareció sobrevalorado y muy caro. Pagamos 12 mil pesos por una cena con demasiados vegetales, algo de pescado y nada realmente memorable. Durante nuestra estancia visitamos otros restaurantes en el valle con estrellas Michelin que fueron mucho mejores y más accesibles. En general, la experiencia no fue la que esperaba y no consideraría regresar a este hotel.

The property was exquisite and makes you feel transported to another world.

Peaceful, beautifully designed, impeccable landscape, large well appointed rooms, great pool, fun padel courts, and fantastic food.

Having to leave

It was very nice quiet place very intimate will stay there again. The only thing is the restaurant needs more options for dinner
