The place itself was nice, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We could use the kitchen for breakfast, dip toes into the swimming pool, and there were many stores and restaurants within walking distance, including a big supermarket.

While not far away from a major road, accessing the place itself was a disaster. Neither street reaching the location was paved, and they ranged from impractical at best to outright dangerous depending on the weather, unless going by car with raised suspensions. On top of that, getting in and out of the building was inconvenient and only secured through a trivial lock.

The street was in very poor condition. There was no proper road and no lighting at all. In close proximity, there were neglected and improvised dwellings. The surroundings appeared socially neglected, and I did not feel safe there at any time. In addition, there was visible mold in the accommodation and a damp, musty smell that even penetrated my clothes and personal belongings. This made the stay unhygienic and not acceptable from a health perspective.

El apartamento muy espacioso y bien estructurado. Cuenta con todo lo que se puede necesitar para disfrutar de una estancia. Las fotos son tal cual el lugar. Ocupamos una habitación para 4 personas en 2 camas matrimoniales. Todo bien.

Cuando llegué, aún no me habían dado número de habitación y tuve que esperar como 30 minutos para que me contestaran. Importante: el lugar está a 3 km del ADO del centro. A 4 km de la playa y a 2.5 km de las ruinas. Para moverte puede ser en bici (ahí dice que prestan pero solo hay 2), en taxi (pero es carisimo). Recomiendo alquilar un auto.

Hermoso lugar con instalaciones de última generación. Se llega caminando al centro o se pueden alquilar bicis, motos o buggies

El barrio desde la coba hasta los departamentos son de bajos recursos, aunque no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. El lugar es seguro

The smell was quite strong and musty. The kitchen and utensils were worn and in poor condition, and the bathroom was falling apart. The shower handle came off every time it was used, and the bathroom flooded completely despite the curtains, making it unusable after a while. The sheets were stained, and the surrounding area looked like it had been recently bombed. The road is completely broken and very difficult to navigate by car. The pictures of this place are truly misleading as they make you think you’re staying in a 5-star place but the reality is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it.
