Great location! A lot of night life! If you are looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place for you!

No beach towels. :(

The place is very nice, team was very welcoming and responsive. There is great view to the sea and the la paz sign

At night, especially in the weekends, it can be very noisy even late at night because of the clubs outside.

New hotel, great location, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, great rooftop

The property is on the main front Malecon. On week ends, it is just too noisy! I have never experienced this much noise before even with ear plugs. I really don’t recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, the location is right on the Main Street and super walkable to everything !!

Since it is on the Main Street during the night there is loud music until almost 2 in the morning. Earplugs were provided and we were so tired we feel asleep but if you are a light sleeper something to consider.

Customer Advice – Important Details to Include in the Listing: 1. Clearly state that there is no elevator, so guests can plan accordingly, especially if they have mobility concerns or heavy luggage. 2. Note that there is no pool on the property, to manage expectations. 3. Confirm that there is a lock on the front door for safety and security peace of mind. 4. Provide information about the noise level, particularly if the property is near a busy road or if car traffic can be heard inside the unit.

A great location overlooking the La Paz oceanfront and beautifully styled rooms with super comfortable beds. Couldn’t fault the rooms, beds and the view which was exceptional. Nice touch that they provided ear plugs to dampen the music noise from the streets below. Good communication to help with our check in. We made a mistake on our arrival day and the staff were very helpful in sorting this out. Thank you!

We booked thinking there was a rooftop pool - there definitely wasn’t. Instead there was a non functioning bar and no water surrounding the lounge beds. I’m not sure if there ever was a pool or if there is going to be? The photos were a little misleading and we weren’t the only guests there to share this belief that there was a pool. In the searing heat this was a real disappointment as you can’t swim in the ocean across the road either. Other guests have mentioned the noise from the clubs and pubs literally next door which pound until the early hours. I took a sleeping tablet the second night and slept through it. Finally, this property has no elevator and we had heavy bags to lug up three floors. We appreciated the lone female staffer who offered to help but this was hard work. It was a lovely property, but is minimally staffed and more help with bags would be appreciated given the cost of the property. Also no kettle for making tea but there was a microwave. It was a lovely designed property but I suggest better communication on the noise and lack of elevator, staff to help with bags and more local recommendations would help offset some of the negatives from the noise downstairs. Or double glazing the doors to shut out the cacophony from outside.

The location is amazing! Beautiful and at the heart of it all! Sadly, its next to a very loud nightclub and people cruise the Malecon with very loud speakers from their cars.so, if you don't mind your bed being shaken at 2am by someone's base from their car, this is the place for you! For people who are night owls, young, or young at heart, this is the place! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, night time experience look at the north end of the Malecon.
