Alimentos muy malos atención al cliente muy seca falta de empatía

las habitaciones súper pequeñas aparte no tienen personal para ayudar a subir las maletas, la habitaciones sucias y ponen en la publicación fotos de las albercas y solo te permiten entrar a una muy pequeña

Esta cerca del poblado de San Blas, la ubicación es tranquila y están cerca lugares para comer o pasearse. Tiene acceso a la playa, cuenta con dos albercas.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Baos. The day club area the staff and the vibe were great. Huge shout out to alberto! This review is for the hotel and the service. We came down for breakfast. The guy taking our order didn’t write any of it down- it was 3 of us. They forgot my mom’s chilaquiles, an order of fruit and a milkshake. There was a family next to us who got their full order- I proceeded to cancel our items. The excuse was “the cook stepped out”. Will not be returning. And yes you do have to go up the stairs with your luggage- no help.

Enjoyed my stay here, it was nice.

The rooms were too cramped. No closet, no safe to store valuables and no tables to set our stuff down. The restaurant was playing extremely loud explicit sexual music even with young children around. My 78 year old mother had to leave the premises because of the vulgarity of the songs. This was around 4pm. I had to ask them to do something about it so they changed the music. This is not a family orientated hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere, hard to get a cell phone signal. No cabs readily available, they have to be summons from the main town which costs more. No stores around. We ended up checking out the same day we checked in. We never spent a single night at all. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my reservation because it was past the day I was allowed to cancel because I trusted in Expedia backing this hotel.
